 چیچہ وطنی (پریس رپورٹر)ایڈیشنل سیشن جج نور محمد دھوتڑ نے بدفعلی کے مشہور مقدمہ کا فیصلہ سنا دیا جرم ثابت ہونے پر ملزم کو عمر قید 5 لاکھ روپے جرمانے کی سزا کا حکم سنا دیا، چیچہ وطنی تھانہ صدر کے نواحی گاو¿ں 16 گیارہ ایل میں ملزم عدنان عرف بابا نے اسی گاو¿ں کے معصوم بچے سے بدفعلی کی جس پر ملزم کے خلاف مقدمہ نمبر 613/21 بجرم 376 ت پ درج ہوا پولیس نے چالان عدالت میں پیش کیا فاضل عدالت نے مدعی مقدمہ کے کونسل اسفند علی چوہدری ایڈووکیٹ ہائی کورٹ کے دلائل سے متفق ہوتے ہوئے جرم ثابت ہونے پرملزم عدنان عرف بابا کو عمر قید اور 5 لاکھ روپے جرمانے کی سزا کا حکم سنایا



Chichawatni (Press Reporter) Additional Sessions Judge Noor Muhammad Dhotar has pronounced the verdict in a famous case of molestation and has sentenced the accused to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 500,000 upon conviction. A case number 613/21 under Section 376 of the IPC was registered against the accused. The police presented the challan in the court. The court, agreeing with the arguments of the plaintiff's counsel



, Advocate High Court, has sentenced the accused Adnan alias Baba to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 500,000 upon conviction.

 چیچہ وطنی (پریس رپورٹر)سماجی ، فلاحی اور عوامی تنظیموں کے نمائندہ افراد نے اپنے مشترکہ بیان میں کہا کہ سود خوروں نے پورے معاشرے کو یر غمال بنا رکھا ہے،اقتصادی پریشانیوں کی وجوہات میں سے ایک اہم وجہ سودی نظام ہے، دین فطرت اسلام میں سود قطعی طور پر حرام ہے کیوں کہ یہ ایک ایسی لعنت ہے جس سے نہ صرف معاشی استحصال، مفت خوری، حرص و طمع، لالچ، خود غرضی، مطلب پرستی، شقاوت و سنگ دلی، مفاد پرستی، جیسی اخلاقی قباحتیں جنم لیتی ہیں بلکہ یہ معاشی اور اقتصادی تباہ کاریوں کا ذریعہ بھی ہے، درحقیقت سود انسانیت کے خلاف ہے۔ یہ انسانوں کو ایک دوسرے کا استحصال کرنے پر مجبور کرتا ہے، انسان دوسرے انسان کا خون چوس کر اپنی دولت میں اضافہ کرتا ہے، مجبورغریب آدمی کی ساری زندگی سود اتارتے ہی گزر جاتی ہے جبکہ اسکا قرضہ جوں کا توں رہتا ہے،سود خوروں کا سارا کاروبار ہی ہمیشہ دوسروں کو مغالطہ میں الجھائے رکھنے سے چلتا ہے،قرآنِ مجید میں واضح طور پر سود سے منع کیاگیا
